Fear, often introduced into our operating system through painful events, acts like a bug in software, distorting its smooth operation and clouding our vision. This hidden 'bug' can prevent us from seeing and seizing the opportunities around us, holding us back from our full potential.
The Dynamics of Our Inner World
Our life experience is fundamentally an interaction between our inner world and the outer reality. Attempts to control the outer world produce limited results, whereas our inner world is shaped by the accumulation of our life experiences. These are solidified into templates that dictate how we interpret and engage with life. Key concepts such as love, success, and friendship are all influenced by these templates, which are largely derived from the role models we've encountered since early life. Often, these are a mixed bag—some useful, others unproductive, obsolete or destructive. It's these obsolete or destructive templates that cause pain and recurring problems in our lives.
